Terms & Conditions
The health and welfare of your cats is paramount to us, therefore we ask that you take a couple of minutes to read the following terms and conditions
BOOKING FORMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPOT TO CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING. IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE THE FORM WITHIN 7 DAYS, WE WILL ASSUME THAT YOU DO NOT WISH TO PROCEED WITH THE BOOKING.
Boarding Fees
1. You may be asked to pay a 20% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This can either be paid by cash, cheque or bank transfer (please ask us for bank details if required).
2. Cancellation of the full booking within 14 days of commencement will result in the full boarding fees being due
3. Cancellation 15 to 28 days of commencement of booking will result in 50% of boarding fee being due.
4. In the event of owners returning prior to the end of the boarding period, the full period will be charged. No discounts will be made for early collection.
5. Only cats from the same household may share a unit.
6. If we feel it necessary to separate co-habiting pets, an addition boarding charge will be applied to cover the cost of the extra unit.
Arrival
1. We are flexible with drop off/collection times up until 6pm. Please let us know what time suits you and we will do our best to accommodate. Call us on 07876615131 to arrange a suitable time.
2. All cats must be up to date with all vaccinations
3. When a full course of vaccinations is required, cats must have completed this at least 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Cats will only be accepted with an up to date vaccination record
5. No cats suffering from or suspected to be suffering from an infectious or contagious disease will be accepted.
6. Please ensure you cat has had relevant flea and worm treatment prior to boarding.
7. If a cat boarding with us shows signs of having fleas or worms, veterinary advice will be sought and the cost of this will be added to your final invoice.
Veterinary Care
1. We will ask for written authority to call a veterinary surgeon on your behalf should we consider this necessary. This will be carried out at the owner’s expense.
2. All male cats over the age of 6 months MUST be neutered.
Boarding Fees
1. Boarding fees are charged as follows:
1 cat £10
2 cats sharing - £16
3 cats sharing- £20
4 cats sharing - £23
2. Prices are charged per day including the day of arrival and the day of departure.
3. We do not accept payment by card, however we are happy to accept cash or cheques made payable to Campview Cattery.
