Covid -19

Covid-19

Due to Covid-19, we have put some additional safety measures in place. Please familiarise yourself prior to your drop off day.

If you are required to isolate on your return until you have a negative PCR result, please note that you will not be able to collect your cat until you have a negative result. Please factor this is into your holiday dates, or arrange for someone else to collect your cat on your behalf. Please let us know the name of who will be collecting when you drop off.

Drop Off

·      Please try and stick to the time you requested for dropping off. We are doing our best to only have one car on site at any one time, so are running in 15 minute slots. If you would like to re-arrange your time, just give us a call

·      On arrival, you will be asked to keep your cat in the carrier and place outside the cattery. Once you have done this, please step back. We will then take your cat and carrier to the unit and settle your cat. You are welcome to watch from outside the cattery.

·      We are happy for you to bring along a small blanket that we can pop into their beds. Please don’t bring large blankets/toys/scratch posts etc as this will reduce the space they have to explore in their unit!

Collection

·      Please try and stick to the time you requested for dropping off. We are doing our best to only have one car on site at any one time, so are running in 15 minute slots. If you would like to re-arrange your time, just give us a call

·      On your arrival, we will bring the carrier out and place on the table outside the cattery.

·      Once we step back, you are welcome to collect your cat.

·      If you are returning from abroad and are required by the Government to stay in quarantine for 14 days, you will not be allowed to collect your cat. Therefor, please let us know who your designated person is for collecting. Alternatively, we are happy to keep your cat until you are out of quarantine (at our normal daily rate). We will review this as the Government issues updates.

We realise that these procedures are not ideal, and are far from what we would normally like to do, however, we hope that you understand that by following, it is helping us keep both you and our family safe. Hopefully normal service will be able to resume soon! As always, the happiness of your cat is our priority!
